This year FIRST dived into the underwater theme. The FRC game is named REEFSCAPE
COMPETITION
The 2025 FIRST game, REEFSCAPE, involves two alliances competing to restore health to their reef. This is done by the use of two game pieces.
CORAL
Coral are tubes that can be placed onto the reef using our robot. There are 4 different heights that the Coral can be placed on, each level getting higher and therefore more challenging
ALGAE
Algae are huge kickball styled balls that each alliance needs to get off their reef and into the processor. The algae can also be scored into the net in the middle of the field.
Cage
The cage is a wireframe of a rectangle, that comes in two different challenging heights, a deep hang is lower and therefore more challenging. Whereas the shallow hang is less high and therefore less challenging.
The alliance that earns the most points wins the match!
